Afghanica comes, as its name suggests, from Afghanistan and originally grows in a valley at about 800 m altitude. Afghanistan has a continental climate with hot summers and very cold winters, so this native variety is very robust and fast flowering.

Afghanica requires 7-9 weeks of flowering and can be harvested outdoors in late September/early October. A well-grown Afghanica from Anesia Seeds can yield 500 grams per square meter indoors and between 600 and 700 grams outdoors. It has excellent growth vigor and good resistance to mold and disease. Afghanica has large, dark green leaves. The buds of this variety are very condensed and covered with a large amount of trichomes, which is responsible for the high THC content.

The aroma of Afghanica is earthy with a strong floral bouquet. When smoked it has the typical sweet hashish flavor and offers a strong body effect of a great indica. Afghanica has extreme resin production and good yields. It is a very narcotic indica with a very high level of THC.
